Hospital group prosecuted for insufficient provision of occupational health services

A major private hospital group was prosecuted by the Health and Safety Executive for a failure to make adequate provision of OH professionals to ensure the health and safety of workers and members of the public. Occupational Health [at Work] spoke to the inspector who led the prosecution to explore the reasons the HSE took this landmark case
