Professional practice

The OH at Work survey on OH professional practice. Part 1: Medical confidentiality

Summary:

The latest OH at Work survey examines a number of important areas of OH professional practice. Part 1 reports OH practitioners’ views and experience of medical confidentiality at work, as well as finding out just what makes OH work difficult and how it can be improved.

OUR latest survey on occupational health (OH) practice covers three main topics: confidentiality and other difficult issues; return to work and job retention; and sickness absence (both long- and short-term). Part 1 focuses on confidentiality, and also examines what makes the work of an OH professional difficult, and what would make it easier.
