Wellbeing at work has become a major OH issue. Prof Andy Smith and Dr Emma Wadsworth describe research examining the relationship between positive features of a job and wellbeing outcomes. A ‘combined wellbeing score’, based on both the presence of positive features and the absence of negative ones, was the best predictor of physical and mental health.
