The programmes are correct at time of going to press. In unavoidable circumstances, we reserve the right to change or cancel an event. If we do need to cancel an event, our liability is limited to a refund of fees.
Please note that we are a UK based company, so any legal sessions on our conferences and courses will be based on UK law, in particular, the law of England of Wales.
Cancellation policies:
Refunds (less an admin fee) are only available as follows:
One – two day events: For cancellations received in writing 14 days before the event, we will provide a refund, less a 25% administration fee.
All three – five day courses and the two day Certificate in HAVS: For cancellations received in writing 28 days or more before the course commences, we will provide a refund, less a 10% administration fee.
If the cancellation is received after the times specified above, NO refund will be made, but we will accept an alternative delegate from your organisation. Refunds are not available to delegates who fail to attend after confirming a booking. If accomodation is booked, separate conditions may apply. Full cancellation policies for each event are listed on the PDF programmes for each event which can be found on our website.
