Hotel upgrades: All of the hotel accommodation is of a very high standard, but if you wish to upgrade to a ‘superior’ room (subject to availability), the additional cost would is £20 per night (inc VAT). To upgrade for the nights you are staying please contact us on 0845 017 6986.

Chesford Grange Hotel, Kenilworth, Warwickshire CV8 2LD. Phone: 01926 859331 This 4* hotel is easily accessible from the M40 and M69 and 13 miles from Birmingham Airport. The venue is only one hour and 10 minutes from London by train. Peak-time fares start from £29 return.

Hotel accommodation

Accommodation at the conference venue can be booked via The At Work Partnership, subject to availability.


Places can be booked by post, telephone or e-mail. In cases where your organisation’s paperwork may take a couple of weeks to reach us, please telephone us on 0345 017 6986 to reserve a no-obligation provisional place.

Seminar administration details

Please contact us if you do not receive written confirmation of your booking within two weeks of making the reservation. Details of the venue, a map and any final information will be sent to paid delegates approximately two weeks before the seminar. If you have not received these one week before the event, please contact us on 0345 017 6986 or 020 8344 2328, or e-mail conferences@atworkpartnership.co.uk

Cancellation policy

For cancellations received in writing 28 days before the event, we will provide a refund, less a 25% administration fee to cover administration costs. If the cancellation is received within 28 days of the course, no refund will be made, but we will accept an alternative delegate from your organisation at the event. Refunds are not available to delegates who fail to attend after confirming a booking.

Payment information

Documentation, refreshments and buffet lunches are all included. Accommodation at the hotel and the conference dinner are optional extras and must be booked in advance. People booking the ‘full conference package’ (attendance at both days of the seminar, one night B&B on 25 September 2018, and the conference dinner) will save a further £20, provided that all elements are booked at the same time. All early bird bookings must be paid by 31/07/2018, or they will be charged at the higher rate.
