John Ballard and Alice Sinclair report the results of the sixth Occupational Health [at Work] pay and benefits survey. Part two focuses on working hours, annual leave, career breaks for childcare, occupational pensions, additional financial and non-financial benefits, workload, career prospects and the state of the OH and occupational hygiene professions.
