Occupational health (OH) and hygiene professionals frequently work additional hours, mostly unpaid, and generally say their workload continues to rise. However, many benefit from additional financial and non-financial benefits, including occupational pensions, and most say career options are at least as good as when they first joined the profession, the seventh biennial Occupational Health [at Work] pay and benefits survey reveals. The second part of our survey analysis examines career breaks to bring up children, working hours, annual leave entitlement, occupational pensions, additional benefits, workload and career prospects..
