A template privacy notice is now available from The At Work Partnership Ltd, which has been drafted by legal expert, Nick Hanning. It can be adapted for your use, or you may extract clauses to incorporate into an existing website privacy notice or into other materials.
It was written in June 2018 and covers the new obligations imposed by the GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. It is designed to be used for a wide range of occupational health arrangements and is drafted based on the ICO guidance currently available. It is written for OH providers but may be very useful for in-house services too.
