How would you sum up your role?

I manage the day-to-day running of the business, which includes tendering for new services and allocating staff to contracts – and a lot of things in between! I manage a team of specialist OH physicians, advisers/nurses, physiotherapists, technicians and administrative staff. The company provides OH services to about 25 different clients, in total about 8,000 employees. Clients include engineering factories, state and private schools, universities, local councils, dentists, and food production factories. We are based very close to Silverstone and provide OH services……
