Making the case for a validated ‘presenteeism index’
The relationship between health, work, absence and presenteeism is complex and not fully understood. Kevin Dew believes more research is required to understand the factors that drive presenteeism and suggests the development of a Presenteeism Index as a starting point for its better management.
