Multiple applications for the HSE's Management Standards for work-related stress

Summary:

The Management Standards for work-related stress were originally developed as a tool for assessing and managing stress at the organisational level. Peter Kelly believes the approach is sufficiently flexible to work at individual, organisational and line-management level in the promotion of health and wellbeing.

SINCE the launch of the Health and Safety Executive’s (HSE) Management Standards for work-related stress1 in  2004, it has become apparent that the approach is not  being used solely for its original purpose.…
